Everyone was very helpful in my buying process. Kent Pfiffer listened to what I was looking for and had the cars available to test drive the same day. He was also very patient with me in the buying process since it was my first new car purchase. The service shop is incredible also! Napleton’s service department is top notch. They inspected my entire vehicle, determined what needed to be repaired and presented me with all options. Austin was kind and understanding and listened to me. He was not in a hurry and didn’t rush on to the next person.

oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.
