I bought my car in for service, my advisor Adam was nice friendly and I had worked with him before.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Ken went above and beyond to work with me on getting exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

I purchased a new 2024 GMC Terrain at Cardinal on November 16th. I found Cardinal through cars.com. I was connected with Martavion (Marty) Collins. She put us at ease, looked out for the best rate, and was very caring about our situation. I traveled down to Cardinal from Peoria, IL because they had the car I wanted at a good price. We were welcomed, and made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. They looked out for us as customers, and they did NOT have the attitude that they were doing us a favor to sell us a car. We would travel to Cardinal again to purchase! Highly recommended!

I had a chance to look at the trucks and then to test drive two of them. Maddie Metter was my sales consultant. She was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she did not make me feel pressured to buy. She answered all of my questions. There was a small dent in the tailgate that I wanted fixed before I took it home. Maddie kept me informed of the progress of the repair and I picked it up the same day it was fixed. She even texted me to make sure that I made it home okay. I wish more places had people like Maddie working for them, she made me feel appreciated, not just another sale to her.
