Best car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone was professional, courteous and treated me like family, even after the sale! Had a small issue after i bought my truck and they told me to bring it back immediately to be fixed. Next day i stopped by and they got me right in for service. Found my new dealership and glad to be part of the Joseph family!

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I really went through my due diligence when searching for a new car as well as researching various dealerships within 150 mile range from my home. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. My dealing the sale person was very cordial and I was ready to buy but was informed I had to take the low financing or the rebates. The rate would not work for me.
