I needed a new tire. The dealership quickly got me one ,mounted it and I was good to go.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I had scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me a few minutes early I was done in under 30 minutes. My service provider was very nice and even told me my remote was getting weak and to replace my battery and if I didn?t know how to bring it in with the battery and he would replace it. Very helpful.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

My vehicle needed an oil change and other maintenance. I got a ride home and back to the dealership so I didn't have to wait. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

Pleasantly surprised purchasing a 2023 Terrain AT4 with the sales person's, (Matt Martin), product knowledge and the efficiency of the actual sale. Vehicle was exceptionally well prepped and no pressure with extend warranty, protection plans, etc.
