Good service on my 9 year-old Lacrosse. Having always had the car serviced by Napelton, I am happy to report that it runs as beautifully as the day I bought it.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

Incredible service! Mike, our salesman, was very friendly and so helpful. He gave us time to talk privately, was patient while we asked numberless questions about the car we were looking at, as well as the buying process. He took us through all the ins and outs of our car showing us how each feature worked and he even helped us set up our phones with the car. We never felt pressured or rushed. Went there Tuesday night just to look at colors and possibly drive a Sierra. Met Kevin Maldonado. Very nice, friendly and professional. Found one I liked, took it for a drive, as Kevin told us about the dealer and benefits. The Denali Sierra was fantastic. I asked if they would give me a price for my trade. I had a pretty good idea of where I would like it to be. We made the deal and had everything signed within 2 hours of getting there. Went back Wednesday night and picked it up. I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it.
