Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Went to North Riverside Castle for the 2nd time to purchase after leaving a different dealership about an hour to the west, the whole staff at Castle is great. They make it happen, I had no idea what they had on their lot. But after finding a beautiful used truck we closed the deal and I couldn't be happier. Great dealer to purchase from!!

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I will be going back to this dealership again when I’m ready for my next vehicle in the future.

I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car. I had been window shopping for cars and looked but I didn?t see a car that stuck out to me until I saw the Buick Envision and fell in love with it and the color. The staff was super helpful throughout the buying process and I?m super happy with my purchase, I haven?t had my first oil change yet but I will def get that done soon at my dealer.

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge! I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀
