Service rep was ?on the ball? Understood my request and my lack of correct nomenclature

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

He provided us personal stories bridging to his recommendations that help guide my wife and I in a direction that surpassed what we originally had in mind. I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

I would like to share my experience purchasing a new GMC at Woody Buick GMC. I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations. Everyone was polite and friendly. My salesperson Jamie Liszka was knowledgeable and more importantly patient in my case. I kept changing my mind after driving 3 different models over about 5 visits. He hung in there and I never felt pressured. An overall great experience and good bunch of people. I may have made a couple friends. I would highly recommend!!
