I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

Found the new 2023 suburban silver grey suburban I wanted on cars.com at Webb?s dealership. Drove 177 miles in my son?s Sierra pick up where Jason answered all my questions and completed the sale. All employees and facilities at web where friendly, clean and professional. Jason made my purchase possible by keeping the Sierra at the dealership until my son could pick it up one week later after arriving from O?Hare airport. Had both of my vehicles in for oil changes (had scheduled them in advance) so just waited at the dealership. It was basically a 1/2 or less wait! Very pleased thus far!

While traveling from New York to Florida, I had the unfortunate experience of striking something in the road with my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse. The left front tire deflated and while I was able to get the temporary spare on, I couldn't get to my destination without the original wheel and tire. I called the service department and spoke with Paul. He offered excellent advice, understood my problem and told me to bring the car in the very next morning. The next day, Christian took over my service repair case and had your staff check out my vehicle, wheel and tire. They assured me everything was fine and I was on my way in a timely manner. Both of those service advisors and technician staff took a weight off my shoulders and allowed me and my family to complete our trip. Kudos to all.
