There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. These three gentleman treated us the way everyone should be treated, with utmost respect! There’s not enough of that in this world nowadays. Doug White was amazing He sold me my last car and was so helpful again. The windshield in my new 2019 had a chip which I was told would be taking care of with a new windshield before I picked up the car. That didn’t happen. They sealed it and it was front and center to my view. I’m short. It rained most of last weekend and I hardly drove it. Then the sun came out. My friends all said what’s that in your windshield. Unacceptable. Then I was trying to make a time to bring it in for the replacement and the guy said we could rent you a car for $42 a day. Even though that didn’t happen why would I pay for a rental when you inconvenienced me by not doing the windshield before pick up. My friends were saying shocking. Tasca is a reputable business. Ok done venting. None of this is Doug Whites fault. Thank you

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

My AC was not cooling down. Had a leak from a hose. They had to take the whole dash out to replace. When I picked up my truck my left speaker was not working and the dash was a little off when they assembled it. But the AC was cold and working great. took it back and they replaced the speaker and fixed the dash
