Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

We did a long distance deal. Jeremy was incredible! He facilitated the whole thing thru text and phone calls. We drove 805 miles to get our new truck and I'd do it again!

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience working with him. He was communicative, courteous, respectful, and very kind. He answered every email and phone call. His excellent level of care did not fluctuate throughout the buying process, even though he had to stay late to accommodate my husband and me. I had a chance to look at the trucks and then to test drive two of them. Maddie Metter was my sales consultant. She was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she did not make me feel pressured to buy. She answered all of my questions. There was a small dent in the tailgate that I wanted fixed before I took it home. Maddie kept me informed of the progress of the repair and I picked it up the same day it was fixed. She even texted me to make sure that I made it home okay. I wish more places had people like Maddie working for them, she made me feel appreciated, not just another sale to her.
