The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

Mark in service was a tremendous help. I popped into service when I unexpectedly had a tire issue and was not close to home. He squeezed me in and walked me through my options. Also worked to find me the best deal possible. Work was done in a timely manner and asked if I needed a ride somewhere.

Jorge went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, kept me informed during the whole process and even dropped my car off to me after hours.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Best experience i’ve enter had buying a car. Mike was my sales guy, just a great dude, not pushy, super informative and he was honest with me from start to finish, thats no the norm at many sales people. Jeremy the sales manager was also just all around great to work with. We came across an issue with the car I was purchasing and he immediately resolved the situation (to my advantage) and I just really appreciated how they handled every situation, because it could have easily gone sideways. Incredible service! Mike, our salesman, was very friendly and so helpful. He gave us time to talk privately, was patient while we asked numberless questions about the car we were looking at, as well as the buying process. He took us through all the ins and outs of our car showing us how each feature worked and he even helped us set up our phones with the car. We never felt pressured or rushed. Went there Tuesday night just to look at colors and possibly drive a Sierra. Met Kevin Maldonado. Very nice, friendly and professional. Found one I liked, took it for a drive, as Kevin told us about the dealer and benefits. The Denali Sierra was fantastic. I asked if they would give me a price for my trade. I had a pretty good idea of where I would like it to be. We made the deal and had everything signed within 2 hours of getting there. Went back Wednesday night and picked it up.
