I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

Since 2018 I have traded in 2 cars and bought 2 cars. Service is un-surpassed. My service agent, Amanda Nault is so personable and caring that I will not see anyone but her when I need service. In fact, the entire Waltrip family treats me like family wh e never I visit. The sales manager, Mr. Martin always treats me like and old friend, as well as my salesman, Mark, who is a native of my home town of Detroit. I am alway confident that my experience whike visiting is going to be met with the utmost concern, care, and respect that everyone should enjoy. oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.

I recently leased a new 22 GMC Sierra through Kirk and could not have had a better experience. He is a class act!
