Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

Went to North Riverside Castle for the 2nd time to purchase after leaving a different dealership about an hour to the west, the whole staff at Castle is great. They make it happen, I had no idea what they had on their lot. But after finding a beautiful used truck we closed the deal and I couldn't be happier. Great dealer to purchase from!!

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. He gave us time to talk privately, was patient while we asked numberless questions about the car we were looking at, as well as the buying process. He took us through all the ins and outs of our car showing us how each feature worked and he even helped us set up our phones with the car. We never felt pressured or rushed. Went there Tuesday night just to look at colors and possibly drive a Sierra. Met Kevin Maldonado. Very nice, friendly and professional. Found one I liked, took it for a drive, as Kevin told us about the dealer and benefits. The Denali Sierra was fantastic. I asked if they would give me a price for my trade. I had a pretty good idea of where I would like it to be. We made the deal and had everything signed within 2 hours of getting there. Went back Wednesday night and picked it up. I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car. I had been window shopping for cars and looked but I didn?t see a car that stuck out to me until I saw the Buick Envision and fell in love with it and the color. Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge!
