He took the time to notice an issue I was having and actually helped make it right, which left a lasting impression. So when it was time to buy again, I didn?t think twice, I went straight to Matt. Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it
