Great service , oil change . I would like to receive the same customer service when I decide to change my car . The only thing that I noticed the cost for the service went up ????-/////////////////////////////

Kevon and Jason were great to work with. It was hard to understand the finance manager. Low talker and/or accent. I do not hear well so it could go both ways!

Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.

I bought my 1st new vehicle from Sheehan Buick GMC and my experience was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to assist me with the vehicle buying process. Bosco is the BEST! I arrived with a tire sensor indicating I had a low PSI but I was unable to locate the leak. There was a flat head screw in one tire and a hex screw in the other. I was willing to leave my truck there because I showed up before work and without an appointment. My tires were patched and I was called in less than two hours and I was all set.

My experience with Lorenzo Buick GMC was excellent, outstanding. Emilio and Julio, the Manager, are nice and well mannered persons. I am more than grateful to them.

He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. Seemed to be good folks but they did low ball trade in value on my C7 2019 Corvette with 3LT. Others had offered $3-$4,000 more but they dd not have trade I wanted. So I passed.
