Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.

I brought my 2018 XT5 in for a leak from the sunroof. They were able to diagnose it quickly and found the drain plugs were plugged. I was able to pick it up within a day. I was disappointed with the fact that I had a Cadillac trition warranty and the work was not covered. Also the labor rate in my opinion was a little excessive to the tune of $229 an hour and it was a three hour job. I left it there because most shops would have a difficult time in finding the problem. Overall I am pleased with the manner the staff handled my questions and issues and would take it the again for major problems.

Gus went over and above the steps needed to sell me a car. I had to bring my dogs with me and they allowed them inside while I finished all the paperwork. Any and all questions that I had were answered via text because I lived over an hour away. They did not waste my time which I really appreciated.
