I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this location in matteson. As a first time car buyer it was overwhelming but Jeremy barron our sales person made it it a great experience and shout out to the manager in matteson for getting us an amazing deal and the fiance guy to you all we're amazing!

I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car. I had been window shopping for cars and looked but I didn?t see a car that stuck out to me until I saw the Buick Envision and fell in love with it and the color. The staff was super helpful throughout the buying process and I?m super happy with my purchase, I haven?t had my first oil change yet but I will def get that done soon at my dealer.

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... I bought new 2025 Yukon at Woody. It's second time I bought a car there and will never look for other GMC dealership. My favorite salesman - Brian is the best. It's always available when i need him. Quite quick and nice purchasing procedure. New car came with more features so I needed a lot of explanations and Brian knew everything and explained it to me.
