Brad in Finance knows his stuff and wasn't one of those insanely pushy ones you see most everywhere these days. Honestly, wish I had discovered them years ago. Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

There are not enough stars to click on for a rating on this business. I was in OKC the first week of august from out of town and left in a real pickle due to emission issues on my truck. I called the dealership early in the morning on the same day I would need to leave to go back home and was greeted by Service Advisor Mark Reames. I explained my dilemma to him. I fully expected I was in a situation where I was going to be having leave my vehicle in OKC and find other means of transportation home that evening for my daughter and I. Mark simply said get your vehicle here and we will take care of you. I was able to get my vehicle there shortly after our conversation and even though though their business was booming that day I was made to feel like I was the only person in the world that needed their assistance that day and they went above and beyond keeping me in the know and were able to have me back up and going by early afternoon that day. Amazing place amazing people.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.
