We came in late in the day with an unexpected emergency car repair and were very happy with the service provided. Everything was great! Check in, our shuttle driver Vicky was so kind and even stayed late to take us home which we appreciated. The car was fixed in a short amount of time and shuttle driver back Ed also very nice. I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car.
