New and used 2025 Buick Envision Preferred for sale near Ladue, MO

I purchased a new Samsung S25. The Google GPS app on the phone would not connect to the GPS display in the Equinox. The Phone store where I purchased the phone could not get it to connect and neither could I. I and others thought possibly GM software was out of date. So, I brought the car to Sapaugh GM. The tech determined the software in Equinox to be the most recent upgrade. And after some troubleshooting decided to problem might be the phone's Google GPS app. He removed the GPS app from the S25 and reloaded it...the result was the GPS is now operational. I appreciate and respect the troubleshooting and repair capability of the Tech which extended past the GM boundary to an associated vendor. I use the GPS and consider it a tool for convenient, safe driving. Thank you Dan McHale

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!!

My daughter purchased a new car from Sapaugh last night and the experience was the best I have had buying a new car. As a woman who honestly knows nothing about cars, I was nervous that I was going to be conned into things I didn’t need. I was lucky enough to have Mike help me who was extremely professional, friendly, and explained in detail what I needed now and suggestions for services repairs that were not needed immediately. From the first time I set foot on the Buick car lot, Beau set off a great car search experience for me and my family. Not only was he awesome but everyone I met there was warm, friendly and caring.
