We looked all over Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Denver for a 2022 Honda HRV. Markley Motors had one and although there were some snags to getting everything done smoothly, I cannot say enough about the customer service, honesty, and calm personality that Brad provided. I recently had extensive repairs done on my vehicle at Patriot GMC of Boyertown.All of my issues & concerns were addressed & they even made adjustments to prices on parts & labor to help keep me within my budget.Their quality work was done in a timely & correct manor & they constantly gave me updates on progress of repairs.Ryan even sent me a short video text message of the mechanic showing me & explaining the repairs that were completed!I will definitely return to & recommend them to friends & family!?

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

The service shop diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly within the week. Very satisfied with my service. I would recommend this professional shop. A good repair facility is rare.

Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

Great experience from start to finish. Preston was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff was very kind. Selection of vehicles was awesome. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Waltrip GMC when then time comes.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

She had such a positive attitude and was ready to do whatever she could to help me. My car was finished the next day.
