From the first time I set foot on the Buick car lot, Beau set off a great car search experience for me and my family. Not only was he awesome but everyone I met there was warm, friendly and caring. The O'Fallon Buick GMC not only brought back my faith in a car salesperson but also purchasing at a car dealership. Bruno did a great job demonstrating the features on the GMC truck. Knew it inside and outside. He facilitated the purchase in a seamless way.

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

Dave “Fish” did a great job with helping me purchase exactly what I had been looking for in a Blazer RS. I drove 5 hours to get the vehicle and it was exactly as Dave had explain to me.

I purchased a new Samsung S25. The Google GPS app on the phone would not connect to the GPS display in the Equinox. The Phone store where I purchased the phone could not get it to connect and neither could I. I and others thought possibly GM software was out of date. So, I brought the car to Sapaugh GM. The tech determined the software in Equinox to be the most recent upgrade. And after some troubleshooting decided to problem might be the phone's Google GPS app. He removed the GPS app from the S25 and reloaded it...the result was the GPS is now operational. I appreciate and respect the troubleshooting and repair capability of the Tech which extended past the GM boundary to an associated vendor. I use the GPS and consider it a tool for convenient, safe driving. Thank you Dan McHale
