I would recommend them highly, especially over Freehold Buick. Freehold Buick tried to rip me off on several occasions. They lied to me and were disrespectful. Bought a Buick Envision Avenir here last year—best value for the money. Suspension feels like you’re floating, especially on I-95. They gifted me rear window tint and embroidered mats—not even in the configurator. Just a nice surprise from the manager.

Got the Sierra 1500 AT4 because I wanted something with power—and this thing is a beast. The exhaust note never gets old. What impressed me was the five-day trade-in price lock. I needed time to talk with my brother, and they honored it. Even threw in a factory bedliner.

I came in for a door rattle, and the work order actually listed “900g anti-squeak in right weather strip.” Not even part of their standard pricing, but the $14.80 matched what I saw on their site. After the fix, they gave me the old seal in a bag—proof it was done right.

Loved that the showroom has natural light—not cold fluorescent stuff. You can see every detail on the paint. Staff uniforms look sharp too—more like a boutique than a bank.

We came for a Terrain, left with an Acadia. Looks way more impressive in person than online. The tri-zone climate control is a lifesaver with kids.

I bought my Buick Regal Tourx in 2019 from them and they have helped me maintain her since. Awesome dealership, and recently Bill in service has went beyond the wording or meaning of service.
