The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Chad Dear was warm, friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain every step of my service process. I felt the service department was efficient, taking care of the repairs in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the entirety of the process with Bob Howard. Mike was an amazing sales person, kept me up to date, assisted in doing as much possible prior to arriving. Brad in Finance knows his stuff and wasn't one of those insanely pushy ones you see most everywhere these days. Honestly, wish I had discovered them years ago. There are not enough stars to click on for a rating on this business. I was in OKC the first week of august from out of town and left in a real pickle due to emission issues on my truck. I called the dealership early in the morning on the same day I would need to leave to go back home and was greeted by Service Advisor Mark Reames. I explained my dilemma to him. I fully expected I was in a situation where I was going to be having leave my vehicle in OKC and find other means of transportation home that evening for my daughter and I. Mark simply said get your vehicle here and we will take care of you. I was able to get my vehicle there shortly after our conversation and even though though their business was booming that day I was made to feel like I was the only person in the world that needed their assistance that day and they went above and beyond keeping me in the know and were able to have me back up and going by early afternoon that day. Amazing place amazing people.

CJ & Mark are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The service at Bob Howard is awesome! Quick, thorough, done right the first time. Thank goodness there are still service departments in the world like Bob Howard Buick GMC!

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.
