I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! Great sales and finance people. No pressure and they did negotiate with me. I highly recommend.

I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.

I started the buying process for a new truck earlier in the week, I contacted a couple different dealerships in the area but I got an immediate response from Internet sales manager Shone Alestock from Freeman Buick-GMC, they had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. They made the whole buying process super easy, thanks!

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and Terry was the sales man who also sold my mom a car his kindness and understanding made me me feel comfortable. His customer service was spectacular. They say the most loyal customers come from ones who have an issue and the company makes it right, even if it wasn?t their fault. This couldn?t be more true with the service department at McKinney GMC. They took an issue that was not their fault, and fought alongside us to get it rectified and ensure a positive outcome for us and I will be forever grateful for John, Rob, Amanda, Caleb, and Victor for putting in the extra work to help get this resolved successfully. We just picked up our vehicle after it being in service for 5 months, to no fault of the dealership, but due to an issue with the insurance adjuster. Our vehicle had shut down due to what was later determined to be contaminated fuel, but the insurance adjuster made a mistake in his findings, and denied it. The service department answered every question, provided every document, picture, and detail I requested as I was fighting this with insurance, and let me tell you, I requested a lot. And they did it with grace, even on the days I sat in their dealership for hours on end collecting things. We had also contacted GMC/GM customer service and the McKinney service department did all they could to work with them, and helped us to have the claim resubmitted to insurance. After a long and painful process, we finally have our vehicle back, insurance rightfully covered the work, all because of the dedication of this team. McKinney GMC will have a customer for life in me. Thank you again team for all you did!

Wendy did not ask me to write a review but I do want to mention her because she helped us out in a relaxed, motherly manner. I feel she did more than necessary which was sweet. The steps and processes of our 2 trade-ins for a pre-owned vehicle also happened pretty quickly and without issues on their end. Great company. Would return.

Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.
