I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! Jackie at Cappellino GMC was a true professional. She took the time before the actual sale to not only show me the vehicle but to actually take it for a drive. She also pointed out many of the features which were considerably different than my Highlander, and answered all my questions. Jackie made certain the Terrain would suit my needs. At the time of delivery she once again went over the vehicle with me and another test drive. This was the "old fashioned" car buying experience I was looking for. The dealership was highly recommended to me. I will definately refer people to Jackie in the future.

Started off rocky with the first salesman but the sales manager I believe his name was Jon went above and beyond to remedy the problem and assigned Domenic who just so happens to be rated top 50 car salesman in America! Domenic is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with!
