I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Salesman Gus was very accommodating in providing me the information I needed. He also sent me a number of photos of the car that I was interested in. I purchased a new Samsung S25. The Google GPS app on the phone would not connect to the GPS display in the Equinox. The Phone store where I purchased the phone could not get it to connect and neither could I. I and others thought possibly GM software was out of date. So, I brought the car to Sapaugh GM. The tech determined the software in Equinox to be the most recent upgrade. And after some troubleshooting decided to problem might be the phone's Google GPS app. He removed the GPS app from the S25 and reloaded it...the result was the GPS is now operational. I appreciate and respect the troubleshooting and repair capability of the Tech which extended past the GM boundary to an associated vendor. I use the GPS and consider it a tool for convenient, safe driving. Thank you Dan McHale

Great! Nick Atkinson met me at the entrance and immediately was of help to me. I knew what I was looking for and repointed out the right car. He was good at going through the whole car and showed me what I needed to know. He was very helpful with the whole process.

i contacted Ferguson Subaru/Superstore after seeing a vehicle on line. The internet sales person was friendly, stayed in contact with me and an in store sales associate was assigned. Juan, the sale associate, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend this company. There were no unexpected issues, no hidden fees, no requirement to finance to get the advertised price.
