Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Needed A/c fixed and routine maintenance done. All service completed well ahead of promised date. Car running in tip top shape. Not bad for a 16 yr old car!!

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

We bought a new Buick Envision Avenir a few weeks ago and it's a beauty. Styling is beautiful and it handles really nice. Interior is very comfortable.

We always have good experiences here. The service department does quality work and recently had the pleasure of working with Rose in sales. We weren't looking for a new vehicle, just looking around and exploring latest options on latest Murano while our car was being serviced. She was great, so very helpful giving us whatever information we needed. Unfortunately, we feel now is not the right time for us to purchase a new car.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

To get the car exactly like I wanted it, I found one up in the Detroit area and bought it from that dealership. Before I bought it though I was looking all over for the exact car and found one in Pennsylvania, but it had everything I wanted with the exception of it having a sunroof, (which i really didn't want), but was willing to accept if I had the head room, (I'm 6' 4"). I went down to Valley Motors and explained my situation and their salesman was more than willing to help me out even though I wasn't buying the car from them. I ended up buying the car from Michigan. Now came the choice of finding a dealership to service my new car. Since they were so accommodating I chose Valley City. It was a GREAT choice. I've had my car there several times for regular service, and I did have a recall notice they took care of. For not buying the car from them they still treat me as a valued customer, I couldn't of asked for any better.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

Best SUV in it's class and rivals the luxury brands. I have test driven across the entire spectrum of cars in this class and through most brands and came back to the Buick Envision Avinar. Very pleased with my purchase!

I recently leased a new 2025 Trax from Spritzer Northfield. I am BEYOND thrilled once again, with Carmin Citrato and Mike Blackstock who did everything they could possibly do to help me obtain the payment I needed. The Trax is beautiful and although I have leased quite a few times already with this dealership, this feels like I just leased my very first car!!! I purchased a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir in March 2021. I think it is a beautiful vehicle inside and out. It is very quiet and provides a nice driving experience. It has a lot of features that would have cost me a great deal more on a competitor's model.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I am very happy with the Envision. I previously owned an Encore, and I appreciate the roomy interior without feeling like I am driving a large suv.

Was very surprised that the service writer told me my battery light was on and stated I needed a new battery I advised her that my battery was replaced less then 2 years ago. I declined the battery replacement and no light on and truck has been starting fine. And not to mention I had a rebate on air, cabin air filters they tell me not in stock and they would have to order them and wouldn't be eligible for rebate ???? Please don't try to upsell me I am in automotive industry ????

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

The overall feeling is very good, and the sales staff are also very patient. It is a trustworthy shop.

Came out of an Audi Q3 in perfect time. Same performance, but regular gas! Have the Preferred ST AWD w/ Convenience Package. Love the cloth heated seats! Reason for 4/5 stars is basic things like adaptive cruise control & wireless phone charging are N/A unless you spend $10k more on an Avenir. My daughters $30k VW Taos has both standard!! Overall very happy w/ my decision. Getting ~26.5mpg average w/ AWD in mixed city/highway driving w/ lots of A/C in San Diego. Very comfortable & smooth to drive, plenty of power for my needs. AWD is amazing in the rain & snow in the mountains.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Bottom interior of doors gets dirty all the time,especially in winter but also on a dirt road. I just had my hood pop open while driving ,the latch held but wind was getting underneath it. Thanking fully I was in a 40mph zone.

I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.
