I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. This car is perfect for road trips. It gets great gas mileage and is extremely comfortable. It's so much fun to drive we just want to keep going!!!!

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

I had a chance to look at the trucks and then to test drive two of them. Maddie Metter was my sales consultant. She was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she did not make me feel pressured to buy. She answered all of my questions. There was a small dent in the tailgate that I wanted fixed before I took it home. Maddie kept me informed of the progress of the repair and I picked it up the same day it was fixed. She even texted me to make sure that I made it home okay. I wish more places had people like Maddie working for them, she made me feel appreciated, not just another sale to her.
