Miltimore Motors have been good friends of my family's for some time, mainly because my parents bought a car from them a few years ago and they were so impressed by the customer service, the inventory, and the way the cars were inspected and presented to us in a "no BS" way. So it was a no-brainer when I purchased my car from them. I was able to trade in my 2002 model for a 2015 car and the process took quicker than I thought. Drew assisted us and was personable, understanding, and kind. I drove over 2 hours to purchase my car and the trip was 100% worth it. I will never buy from other dealers ever again, so I am hoping Miltimore Motors stays in business for a very long time!
In January 2018 I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from this dealer, Everyone there was very personable and friendly. Deal was reached and favorable on the same day I visited. Here is where the issue started. In May of the same year I needed to remove a tire that was damaged. When I went into the trunk there was a jack but no tool to raise it ( the crank ) nor was there a lug wrench. I called Mills customer service and they directed me to the sales rep. who was busy and would call me back. I called the next day same deal no call back, Next day same treatment. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. If an issue should arise they leave you out to dry. I will just count my losses and go to a Toyota dealer and purchase the jack handle and lug wrench.
Dale went above and beyond. My lovely wife needed a new car. We kept Dale well after closing time at the Dealership on Thursday evening after test driving a Lincoln Continental. He and the manager worked out a great deal for the trade in and after all that my wife said she needed to sleep on it. Dale and the manager were very understanding (nothing like pressure to ruin a good thing) and wished us a happy weekend. We ended up back at the Dealership two days later and bought the car. And what a facility they have there. We were able to get everything we wanted for the car before we picked it up. Great place to do business!
My car was having starting problems. I called Mills GM and talked to Mike Voeltz (spelling?) and got it in right away the next morning. Linn Wilshusen diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. While I hate having car problems, I love dealing with Mills GM.
