I recently had my vehicle at Scoville Meno in owego for some unexpected service. While I was there I decided to check out some used vehicles. At the time I was unsure what repairs were going to be needed to my vehicle. The sales person was great. He must have seen me wanting the lot. When him approached me I told him I was in for service but was checking out some used cars. He answered several questions for me. But wasn't over baring. When service told me that it was gonna be a quick fix on my vehicle I decided to wait till summer to upgrade. When i was on my way out I saw the salesman who I had talked to and told him my plan. No guilt trip or pushing. He said whenever your ready he would love to help me find the vehicle is wanted. Both the sales team and the service team get an A+++++ in my book. Thank you for getting me back on the road quick and painlessly.

This car has more leg room than I have had before. The ride is very smooth and has plenty of pick up and go. Very classy vehicle, good mpg as well. Turbo is a plus.

I emailed Greg about an 06 Honda Pilot on a Saturday or Sunday, heard back from him Monday via phone call, and we set up for me to look at after the dealerships hours to check it out. Test drove it, and came back the next day and drove it off the lot, again after hours. Greg was really accommodating with flexible hours, a great price on the super clean vehicle, and did me a few favors to ensure a quick process that Thursday night. When the time comes for a new car, and if Greg has a vehicle I'm interested in, I wouldn't hesitate a bit to buy here again.

The Buick LaCrosse Premium is quiet, comfortable and luxurious. The Head-up display is excellent and adds a level of safety. I have subsequently purchased another LaCrosse and now have two.

This is the second brand new vehicle we have bought from Scoville-Meno Auto Plaza in Owego NY. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly!

I had been shopping for a vehicle for several months and the vehicle pricing was better than most local dealers. Salesman was courteous and demonstrated several vehicle options which we were allowed to test drive. Once we settled on a vehicle, negotiations on price were completed within a few minutes. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership.

I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

My vehicle buying experience was probably different than most, as I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to see it. Overall for the price paid, I believe I got a very fair deal. The tires all matched and have a lot of tread life left, they also changed the oil for me, prior to pick up. I'm used to dealing directly with very large dealers, so it was a different experience overall, but Bruce (salesman) answered my calls and questions along the way. When I was originally out in the area looking at another vehicle (which didn't pan out) I called and he had other commitments, but stayed after their business hours to show me the van, and let me test drive it. I would say I'm not the most trusting person, and it probably showed with my many questions and calls to Bruce after I left the first time to discuss the purchasing, with my wife. After my experience, they held up to all we had discussed and gave me no reason to ever doubt what I was being told. Thanks guys for putting up with me and all my questions.

This is a smooth ride no matter if your going for a short trip down the street or a long ride out of town, it's roomy in the front and back and the heater is amazing. From freezing to toasty warm in less than 5 minutes, your going to love getting in this when the temperature drops outside. . It has a very sophisticatedengine, that will tell you whenever it needs anything, and even the windshield wipers don't need you to control them, they come on, speed up and slow down all on thier own, keeping your windshield clear perfectly.

This is the fifth consecutive Buick sedan I have owned. My experience is as follows: #1 256k miles, junked because of damages to vehicle. #2 189k miles, car broke in half (road salt) #3 398k miles, transmission and frame rot ie road salt, #4 172k miles, totaled in accident. #5 who knows. Repairs/maintenance average 1,500 per year because I keep everything fixed and maintained.

Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV in October. Both Brent and Chris were amazing!! Brent was extremely helpful during the sale and with financing and Chris was fantastic with his follow up care! I was able to drive off the lot with my car the same day I test drove it! There was a small chip in the paint before purchase. Brent ordered the match paint from the Honda dealership and helped to repair the paint when it came in. After my warranty was up I realized my battery was weak. I called Chris and he was more then helpful in the replacement of the battery making sure it was replaced the same day as my call. I am more then pleased with my car and the service I received!! I would (and have already been) recommending east coast motors to anyone!

Comfortably seats 7, rides great, met all of my family needs. Purchased with low miles, and never had issues outside of routine maintenance. Highly recommend.

This car has everything I need. I have two growing granddaughters. We can fill this car up and still have room for their car seats.

The seal on moonroof keeps coming off. The brakes squeaking and now the engine light came on today with a message that the engine needs to power down. It's in the dealership hopefully getting fixed. I love this car, but it's a year old with these issues, I'm not optimistic.

The people here are awesome. Traded in my old vehicle on a used one they had. Gave me a fair price for my trade and kept me within the payment that I was comfortable with.

I bought this Buick Verano Leather Group to replace my ailing 2000 Chevrolet Silverado that had reached 230K. This car averages around 28 mpg on my commute, but 32 mpg if I am on a highway trip. The power is solid at 180 hp (my 79 Trans Am V8 was 185). This is an extremely comfortable ride for the price point. Extemely quiet (better than my wife's Cadillac SRX). The Bose Premium Sound System is really nice. I also love my sunroof. There are three things on the 2013 that I do not like. The passenger seat is manual adjustment. The trunk does not have an outside button to open. There is no Homelink (corrected in 2015 year). I have 120K miles now and still solid. I have replaced two failed items. O2 sensor $70 and VVT Solenoid $42 (did my own work). I also have just started having issues that another person mentioned with the AC switching from cool to hot. The coolant is fine, so it is something else. I have also been experiencing intermittant issues with my seat warmer. Both of these issues are controlled from the center control panel, which is a high possible issue. (This part is $125 from GM Parts Direct...I will let you know if it fixes the issue). All in all this has been a solid car that I would by again. The used ones out there are a good value.

These 2009 Buick Lucernes ---- Special Edtion cars are the BEST car I have ever drove and rode in. Mine are FULLY LOADED with over $40000.00 window stickers. The 3.9L motor has alot of power. It will cruise 90 mph all day long. Goes over 500 miles on a FULL tank of gas. I LOVE everything about these cars. John

From first contact with Adam on the internet and on the phone it was nothing but an outstanding transaction. Was looking for a vehicle for my wife to replace her 1999 Grand Am. We showed up to do a test drive and before he even gave us the keys Adam relayed that before we picked it up there would be new tires and new brakes all around because he personally didn't like the feel of the brakes. My wife wanted the vehicle and he assured us that when we came in 2 days later the vehicle would be ready. Upon purchasing the car we realized our debit card would only allow 3,000 per day day transaction and Adam said there was not a problem, we could return the next day for the balance. No high pressure, no pushy salesman trying to get us to buy something we weren't interested in. Referred my mother to Jeff Kies because she too is looking for an SUV and doesn't like pushy salesmen.

This SUV is exactly what I wanted and it meets everything I need it to. Passenger capacity of seven with plenty of leg room and still plenty of storage in the rear.

In September of 2015, my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe was totaled by a drunk driver. I started car shopping soon after that (something I hadn't done in over 11 years) and not something I was looking forward to doing. I went to Matthews by the waterfalls after seeing a newspaper ad listing their used cars for sale. I walked on the lot and started looking at a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was greeted by Tom Donovan, a salesperson at Matthews. I told Tom the reason I was car shopping and Tom was very empathetic to my situation. He told me I could test drive the 2012 Santa Fe for as long as I wanted. I test drove the car for a few hours and fell in love with it. It was very similar to my 2004 Santa Fe with many nice upgrades. After the test drive, I knew this vehicle was right for me and I bought it. I found Tom to be extremely friendly, very personable and very accommodating. In the past, I have always found car salesmen to be pushy and "in your face". This was definitely not the case with Tom. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

600 miles into ownership and very happy with our purchase. The car is very quiet, rides very smoothly, and is very easy to drive. So far, we are averaging better than 30 mpg in combined driving. The kids (16 & 8 years old) tell me the backseat is much more roomy than mom's SUV. The only thing I don't like at this point is the Auto-Stop feature, which is currently not able to be bypassed or otherwise shut off

I last owned a 2012 BMW 328i (F30) and this car reminded me a lot of my old BMW. Very happy with the space, acceleration and features. Paid 21k for a car that listed at over 30k - a steal compared to what I paid for my BMW.
