Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I live 80 miles away and found a vehicle I liked and asked them to run my credit before I drove there. They did a great job of getting me approved even though I messed my credit up. As I was driving up there I was hoping they didn't have pictures on their website that really exaggerated how nice the car was. I was shocked that the 2008 jeep was even nicer in person. I'm very weary of used car lots because of the reputation that some of the bad ones give the industry, I would in a heartbeat buy here again because they have the most important qualities, honesty and integrity.

We bought our 2015 Buick Encore about nine months ago. It had a little over 56,000 miles on it. We have put a little over 5000 miles on it with no problems at all. Drives and looks great.

It's very smooth to drive and it's a good first car. I have heard of kultiple people using these things past 200,000 miles. I recommend.

Dave was patient, actively listened to me describe my situation, and responded by making sure he completely understood my what had been said to him. He never once made me feel bad about my challenging credit situation. Life happens to everyone, this gentleman worked hard on my behalf so that I could have a chance at regaining my creditworthiness. He only asked that I have all documents with me when I arrived so that he could efficiently begin to work on my situation. He was pleasant, professional and most of all HONEST ….. Even when my credit was great I have never experienced the level of compassion and professionalism as I did with Dave. It did not take hours of frustrating time sitting, feeling belittled and being told one thing and then another to only find you have been taken advantage of in the end. I do believe this was by far the best car buying experience I will ever experience! I will definitely be going back to see Dave when I have to purchase another car. I highly recommend him to family and friends as well. Definitely do place a call to or go see Dave, he will provide service with integrity and professionalism.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.
