This car looked really nice, comfortable, inexpensive but slow pickup kinda soggy around the corner. Liked the inside very much but performance was not there

Beautiful interior with all the bells and whistle's. This car is at a whole other level than what I was driving. I look forward to driving every day.
I have been coming to this location to service my SRX (2010) for several years. When it was previously University Cadillac and now since it has been Dale Earnhardt. The service has always been top notch! Currently, the team at Dale Earnhardt is very professional, attentive and efficient to get you in and out as soon as possible. This car really impressed me. We didn’t come here looking for a Buick, but we bought one. Extremely happy with our purchase. The buying experience here at Ferguson GMC was amazing.
Have not gone to a dealer service center in a long time. But I needed warranty work done and I wanted it done right; so I a made an appointment with Dale Earnhardt, GMC, Buick, Cadillac. The whole experience 1. making the appointment on the phone 2.the arrival at the dealership,3. the knowledge and willingness to listen to my concerns by the service staff,and 4. the shuttle driver, was impressive. The work was done right and on time. I'll be back.

First time with some style. Love the car. Very comfortable. Just pay to much. My fault. Should have stay with my first choice when it come to money.
I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain and Tim Randolph was my salesman. He was very curteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how helpful Tim was and I will definitely continue to do business with Tim and this dealership.

Enough power and steady on the road, have been on some long trips and that car keeps moving very well ...The electronics messages are very helpful.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff introduced me to difference departments in the dealership and each explained what I need to do if I need help from them.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.

Had to drive a long distance on Sunday, but Desperately needed an oil change first. Bill Calfus had my car picked up, serviced with an oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment on Friday. I needed this because I was committed to a previously scheduled appointment that would proclude me from bringing my ESCALADE in for service. Afterward, Mr Calfus had me picked up and returned to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle.
I would never consider purchasing my next Cadillac from anywhere except Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC Cadillac.
They have truly earned my business for Life!!

This vehicle is the perfect size for my shrinking family and it is great on gas since I travel an hour each way for work.
Couldn't ask for any better service. Everyone was so courteous and polite. Did a great job servicing my car. Replaced my windshield wipers, and Everything was great.

Traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox for my Buick, what a difference, the power and handling of this car is awesome, i have not had this much fun since i was 16 driving my 1981 Mazda RX-7, you get a lot for the money, with discounts i paid $26000. Not sure of the newer models of the Regal but i love my 2016
The ride is great. I do think it has everything but with everything comes higher price used for gas. The first week I had the car the air bag sensor light came on.$666.00 to fix. However the dealer did fix it at not cost to me. It uses oil
I found a vehicle online that was at Tallahassee Ford. I sent an email asking if it was still available and Matt responded within minutes and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to see the vehicle. This was Friday evening around 8pm. I showed up the next morning, test drove the vehicle, and was driving away in it a few hours later. The vehicle was as advertised, negotiations were reasonable, and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased qualified for the Nationwide Extended Warranty program which is good for 20 years/200,000 miles! Folks, this was the 12th car I've purchased from a dealership and I don't sign the papers until I feel like I've gotten the absolute best deal I can. The presence of this warranty put buying from Matt and Tallahassee Ford over the top for me.

Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
