The "Product Specialist" (AKA Sales person), Larry Hendrie was great! He carefully walked me through the process of what was needed to secure the Used vehicle I wanted to purchase that I found via the internet. I drove 200+ miles to get it! He was very accommodating assisting me with completing my navigation plans that allowed me to travel to NY to purchase the car. Larry was also very attentive sending me a reminder about our upcoming appointment and also called later in the day to be sure I made it home safely with no concerns about the vehicle. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The process was fast and easy. New truck was ready in no time. Good pricing. Clean showroom plenty of seating around so in today world I felt save in social distancing.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

I recently had several issues with my 2014 GMC truck. I need the truck for my volunteer activities so Handy GMC Service gave me an immediate appointment and then worked through the issues (several) to fully resolve. They communicated status. This has been my experience with this dealership with both sales and service for many years and many vehicles. I am just now closing an order for a new 2021 4WD with them. Highly recommend

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I had an accident with my car and went to Mitsubishi to see if I could continue driving my car till I could get it repaired. The staff was exceptional with me and were completely honest on the status of the car. Kerina, the office manager, practically held my hand throughout the entire process. She drove me to the car rental location and waited with me until I was finished and followed me back their dealership. She had my car taken to the repair shop and helped us through that process as well. We decided to buy another car and had an excellent experience with Will. He knew how much I loved that car and he found us one that was exactly the same. Will even went so far as to retrieve all the articles that were in our damaged car that was at the repair shop. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we finished work. Your staff was amazing!!!! I truly appreciate their empathy for my situation and their dedication to guaranteeing our satisfaction. Kerina and Will are the BEST!!!!!

It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

The service department at Della is consistently reliable and welcoming. The recent upgrades to the waiting area make the experience even more enjoyable. My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Ninety-five percent of the cars on the lot are rebuilt, with prices that reflect that. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent. Our salesman, Brad, was helpful and knowledgeable. They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

This is the way to buy a car. Josh was prompt and regular with e-mail communication. Process was completely transparent with before and after photos freely shown. When we came for test drive, the key was given freely without any sales pressure. We knew we wanted to buy, and the whole process of closing the deal took 45 minutes. Impressive showroom for a used car dealer, to boot.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.
