We were thrilled when we discovered a 2018 Fusion Hybrid right down the road in Easton MA at a long established and locally trusted dealership (South Easton Motor Sales). Derek was a pleasure to work with and was VERY thorough in preparing the vehicle and VERY accommodating with both of our work schedules to arrange the day & time for us to pick up the vehicle. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

I love my Enclave. The first time I saw a picture in a magazine, I knew it was the one I wanted. I only have 60,000 miles on it. I bought it New, Premium. The family vacation vehicle. Although I fly a lot. The front lights did it for me!!!

Recently just purchased a beautiful Chrysler 300 of bob Hurley , bob was fast super efficient and got me the price i needed to be wish more car dealerships were like midway and more salesman were like bob!! Thanks again bob and midway!

Buick enclave great car for comfort and reliability and value Bought this car new And I’ve kept it much longer than most vehicles that I have purchased because it is such a great vehicle. Comfortable to drive in town and on road trips. Excellent for people in my big Shepherd enjoys riding in the back with the seats folded down

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again

I currently still drive my 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL. I currently have 145,000 miles on it. Car is mechanically sound given the high mileage I've put on it. The only major downfalls are the ABS wheel speed sensors and HUB assembly as well as the engine coolant leaks at the intake...which I will be doing next. I've replaced the front and rear HUB assembly. I do all the repairs on my car as well as break jobs. Over all I must say this car is very dependable. Remember to get the transmission fluid changed and flushed twice as often when you have high mileage. Remember to put your car in neutral when at stop lights as this will greatly lengthen the life of your transmission...especially with this car.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.
