So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.
Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. Honestly, our salesman, Sam Riner, made this the best, most comfortable car purchase we've ever experienced. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying (2018 4Runner TRD) and took the time to explain it all to us. Not only that, because we were crunched for time, Sam brought us the vehicle all the way from Madisonville to Humble, TX - that's 184 miles round trip! And such a gentleman! We are grateful.
My husband and I were very please with the "home town" courtesy we were shown at the dealership from the salesman to the General Manager.
