This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I liked that the dealership had the vehicle I was interested in available in stock, and that the sales agent was friendly and helpful.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I can tell you that we visited many dealerships as well as this one. After a week of messing around with other places and having good communication from sales person Nick Bell. We went back to Buy from him. Buying vehicles can be a super fun process and stressful as well. Luther Hudson’s group of sales and finance made this process simple and smooth. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

The whole process from buying to using the service department has been nothing but positive Would recommend dealer to our friends Been very happy so far!

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

I had an oil change and the tires rotated. everything went fine.

This car is very reliable. Over the years I have owned several Buicks. This model is very comfortable and great for long trips. I just purchased my next Buick!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

I have owned this car for almost 2 yrs & it’s been very reliable & comfortable especially on long trips I would definitely buy again very happy with it.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

My original appointment was cancelled without my knowing because the rep was at training, but the floor manager helped me get set up with another Sales Rep right away. Kevin, my new Sales Rep, was super helpful and helped my wife with our new purchase. The process was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed our interaction with Kevin. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

I bought a 08 Honda Accord in 2018, I still drive the car. I bought it with 79k miles and now have 203k on it. Nothing bad has ever happened with it. Except normal wear and tear. One rule about buying used cars, either know what you’re looking for, or have someone else check it out.

2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway
