I Used cars.com to compare dealers within 100 mile radius from me. I did my comparison and research and decided to check out a 2012 Ford Explorer at Millenium. I set up an appointment for the next day. Brito was my sales rep and I think he did an awesome job! Financing a car is a long process but he had us in and out with our 2012 Ford Explorer in no time! He also told us that if we have any problems with the car he would take care of us at no charge. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to help us sell our old van because it had high mileage and was too old for a trade in! I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends! The car had all the options I wanted: the color of car, Bose sound system, sunroof, and the turbo power, color of interior and the spacious seating area.
By far the best dealership I've been too. It is very rare when you come across a salesperson that's honest and has great work ethic; and that is exactly what I got from Matt! I simply told him what I was looking for and gave him my budget on a Tuesday afternoon and come Wednesday morning I not only got my vehicle but it was delivered to me. Now that's great customer service! Bob (the finance manager) came across some difficulty when it came to my credit but that didn't stop him, he came through for me and I am extremely grateful. They did not try to pitch another vehicle (like every other dealership did) but instead did their best in getting me approved for the vehicle I wanted. Car shopping is not fun, but it's a lot better when the experience is made better by kind salesmen. My car was totaled several weeks ago and I was getting increasingly annoyed about how hard it was to find a new (to me) car. After calling multiple dealerships and not getting calls or emails back, setting up test drives and arriving from 50 miles away to find that cars aren't actually available or not pulled up like they said, I finally found Chris at Cars R Us. I called from about 30 minutes out and said I was interested in the 2015 Chevy Sonic posted online and he immediately said he'd have it pulled out for us to test. For once, this was actually true when someone said it! It was a good start, especially considering their lot is small and crowded and it would have been annoying if we had to wait for it to be pulled out. The test drive went great, he was extremely informative and genuinely easy to interact with (not always easy to say about salesmen). When we did an inspection of the vehicle we found that it was missing a spare tire, which he offered to have one put in without me even having to ask. I was really interested in purchasing the car, but found that the touch screen radio was having issues and actually had been recalled for that specific vehicle. He personally took it to the dealership to have it replaced before we officially purchased. While the process was a little slow from start to finish considering I didn't have a vehicle in the meantime (two weeks total, one week waiting on this car) it was totally okay since Chris was such a pleasant person to work with. He answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and even wrote on the paperwork that if I drove the car home and found something I didn't like he wouldn't push the final sale through. I found him to be very honest and really appreciate the attention he gave to my situation. Thanks Chris, and thanks Cars R Us. Great employees really do make a difference.

Easy to deal with! They knew we were coming from an hour away and Rita had the SUV we were interested in all warmed up and ready to go for our test drive! In and out in about 3.5 hours from test driving to signing on the dotted line. Really, that's not bad considering my last car took 6.5 hours to buy! Would definitely come out to McGrath again and see Rita for a car. She went out of her way to get us an additional key as well! Thanks, Rita!

This car is comfortable, has a quiet cabin, and the HP to get moving, Has the room to fit 5 people, Has fold down seats to expand the trunk.
I love the SUV the only issue is the instrument panel does not light up very well during the day, very difflicult to see especially for a senior., I saw one other review on the same issue of this SUV , took it in to the dealer and there is nothing they can do., has anyone else have this issue with the instrumental panel., Everything is black,
I recently purchased a vehicle here in the staffs extremely friendly and courteous , Rick was fantastic and helped me with every issue I had, if you're looking for a reliable used vehicle you need to check this place out.

Very professional young man. The sales manager, Isaac Homa even helped my wife set up her Bluetooth after we purchased the vehicle. Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
Craig & Ryan at Fair Oaks definitely deserve a 5-star rating. I've been researching Ford cars for years (yes - YEARS!) and waiting for the best time to buy one. I've been e-mailing with Craig throughout this entire time, and he has been incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the cars and promotions available. He has been extremely patient with me, which is necessary given the number of e-mails/questions I've sent over the years. :) I finally purchased a 2016 Escape, and the experience was very smooth. The car I wanted was waiting for me at the dealership (had been sent from another location), all clean and ready to go. The process was painless, and in no time I was on the road with my beautiful car. The car itself is wonderful - but the experience and wonderful salesmen will bring me back for any future car purchases. My family has purchased cars and had our cars serviced with Fair Oaks for years, and we will continue to do so for years to come. Thanks for a great experience!

This is my second Buick LaCrosse, moved up from a 2012 to 2016 and a superior model. The previous owner had low mileage on the odometer and interior and exterior of the vehicle well maintained.
we purchased our vehicle a 2013 Buick Lacorsse at Phillips Chevrolet about two yrs ago, up until 08-28-18 (August 2018) we thought the vehicle maintenance service at Phillips was good but it wasn't until we had our vehicle serviced at Rizza Cadillac Buick in Tinley Park that we found out otherwise. Johnny Howard the service consultant at Rizza Cadillac Buick went above and beyond to do what was necessary to give us excellent service. Mr. Howard practices all of the three P's of customer service, Professional, Polite and Patient. We live near South Holland, even though Phillips Chevrolet is a lot closer to us we won't be taking our vehicle back there for service, we will drive to Tinley Park to Rizza Cadillac Buick R. Thomas

I last owned a 2012 BMW 328i (F30) and this car reminded me a lot of my old BMW. Very happy with the space, acceleration and features. Paid 21k for a car that listed at over 30k - a steal compared to what I paid for my BMW.
Alex Stewart, was my advisor. He was polite, knowledgeable, and totally listened to my questions and inquiries. After service was completed, sat with me and explained what was done. I am very happy with St. Charles Toyota, and the quality of personnel.
When I called to make the service appt. I was greeted by Kyle Lindquist, who was very efficient and professional in handling my request to my liking.
I also needed to have my Bluetooth activated at my March 23, 2016 visit. Thrisha, helped me and guided me thru all the steps with much patience.
All in all my visit yesterday went well, and I am completely satisfied.

This is a smooth ride no matter if your going for a short trip down the street or a long ride out of town, it's roomy in the front and back and the heater is amazing. From freezing to toasty warm in less than 5 minutes, your going to love getting in this when the temperature drops outside. . It has a very sophisticatedengine, that will tell you whenever it needs anything, and even the windshield wipers don't need you to control them, they come on, speed up and slow down all on thier own, keeping your windshield clear perfectly.
I traded in my 2004 Honda CR-V for a 2018 CR-V at Community Honda in Orland Park. Two things I???d like to say about my experience with Community Honda???s people. First and foremost, The two salesmen, Tom Beveridge and Jim Jonas exceeded my expectations. They were honest and through and best of all they were patient with me. (I???m older then a senior citizen). It was clear to me that they wanted to match me with the ???right for me??? Honda rather than closing the deal. They succeeded hands down. I am thrilled with my new CR-V. Second, I am so impressed and quite frankly blown away with Sue Jimenez, Honda???s Sales Manager and Bob Madia, Honda???s Service Director. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were honest, sincere and exceptionally responsive to me. I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't expecting to be able to do any type of deal, but just in case (wishful thinking maybe), I brought both of my keys fobs with me. Well, to make a long story short - I drove off the lot that day with my new 2017 CX-5 with the biggest smile on my face. This is the third car I have purchased/leased with these folks, and I swear it gets better every time - and the first time was already great! I used to deal with Marco, but this time I was met on the lot by Franco. He was very polite, listened to my questions and then sat down with me to discuss my options. He made everything work out for me, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. And once again, I have to mention Ron Liszka, who recognized me and came out to chat and was super professional as always. He was able to make the deal happen by rewarding me for being a repeat buyer and easing the price down that last little bit (not so little actually) to make the deal happen. Lastly, I would also like to mention the Finance guy John, who was filling in that day but was a pleasure to deal with as well. As I said in my other reviews - if you are looking for a Mazda, you HAVE to check these folks out. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. Total professionalism, no pressure, no "BS", just trying their best to make all parties happy. And although this was a Sales transaction, their Service Department is top notch as well. I am a customer for life of this dealership. I am hopefully retiring soon and moving out of the state. You can bet your last dollar however, that when it's car buying time, I will be right back at Bigger's Mazda - these folks are that good. Thank you to everyone at Bigger's Mazda!!!

I'm 6'1" tall and I have found this car to be very comfortable for my size. Handles well in all weather and has a sleek appearance. It has also proven to be very reliable.
I just bought a 2018 xt5, and I couldn't be more pleased with the salesman and the experience at Arnie Bauer. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel pressured at all by my salesperson, Jesse. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took a lot of time to explain the car to my technologically challenged self! My experience at D'Arcy Buick is always excellent and I always receive 100% customer service. The dealership is always clean, and I love the balloon displays. I think the engineer was paid to save money on the front seat. Very uncomfortable. My dealer is doing everything they can to make front seat comfortable not GM .
