I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. I did a lot of research before visiting Carboard and I ended up purchasing a 2006 Toyota Highlander from them. Leno went the extra mile to get me the lowest APR rate possible and it was low! He really made the effort to do so. There was no "shady sales pressure" to buy like the big dealerships. On the way home the check engine light came on. I let Leno know and he told me to bring it to their service department which is only a few blocks from their lot. It was diagnosed as a faulty catalytic converter and he had it repaired at no cost! He also offers discounts if you use their shop for future repairs. I read some reviews that say they are in a bad part of town. Very untrue. It's on Colfax in an older section of The Denver Metro area but nothing unsafe about it all. I would be comfortable bringing my grandkids there. If you are looking for a great place to buy a used vehicle I highly recommend paying them a visit. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

We found a car we liked online and went and looked. We were able to take the car for a test drive, the price matched what we had in mind, so we bought it. We had pre-approved financing through USAA, so that made it even easier. We'll be back.

We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

Prior to purchasing my Buick Envista, I had done quite a bit of research and I found that much of what was said was misleading. It's performance I think is very good, realize you are getting a 3 cylinder turbo engine, but for what you get and honestly what you need, it is excellent. I purchased the S/T model and it is a great looking car and I receive great comments about it all the time. I strongly recommend for the money you can't go wrong and will be vey happy with your purchase.
