it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

If you need a new car in the Bloomington, IN area I suggest going to Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and asking for Ali Dunn. I brought my old car in to the dealership to have my transmission looked at. The next day they had determined I needed a new transmission altogether and I decided the car was not worth the cost to fix it. I needed a new car quickly and luckily the salesperson that I meet was Ali. She was very professional from the minute that I meet her. Her knowledge of the vehicles was extensive and she answered every question that I had. I purchased the vehicle that fit my needs, but with in a week of driving it I noticed a few small dents. They were small and not noticeable unless you drove the car every day like I was doing. I contacted Ali and she took care of the issue. I brought my car in and the dents were removed that same day. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and Ali Dunn.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I like larger cars,have plenty of trunk space to handle my walker too. Also, I don't care about all the fancy options on the newer models. This Lucerne is perfect for my needs.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Buick enclave great car for comfort and reliability and value Bought this car new And I’ve kept it much longer than most vehicles that I have purchased because it is such a great vehicle. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I bought this car in the 2103 version. It burns or leaks a little oil, but it runs great, has good pickup, a smooth ride, and is fun to drive.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.
