Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

After watching one of the remaining ones linger on the lot for more than a year, I visited the dealership during Labor Day weekend. About 10 days later, I contacted the dealer through Cars.com. Ben Ellis replied. He was polite and answered all of my questions. I visited this past weekend to test-drive the car and talk to Ben. I had not bought a car in more than 10 years. A lot has changed about the process and I'd never bought a car from a small-town dealer. I prepared for all sorts of negatives that never happened - no upselling, no pushing unwanted dealer add-ons, no "what monthly payment are you looking for?" conversations. I went in prepared and knew what I would pay and what I would not. Ben and Roger Jennings couldn't have been easier about all aspects of the process - trade-in, finance and purchase. It was stressless, cordial and simple. Ben assisted me with the OnStar and SiriusXM set-ups, answered my vehicle questions and asked if I had more questions. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I've just purchased a car. While I haven't taken delivery as of yet the interactions with sales personnel and financial personnel have been stellar. Initially I was treated professionally and now I feel like family. Although I'm an out-of-state buyer I be been treated as though I was a neighbor. Can't wait to take delivery thanks.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.
