My check engine light came on, and I had no idea what the situation was, This happened at about 2:10 pm. I immediately went up to Cook's, and they said they would check it out. I told them I had to leave town by 3:00. At about 2:20, they came to the lounge and told me what it was and it would take about half an hour. It did, and I was out of there before 3:00 pm. Heated seats for winter, Sunroof for summer. A trunk that dosen't stop. Back up camera. Tells U if someone or something is by the 🚗. Driver & Passenger sides have there own heat/ cool controls. The stereo. Leg room. To much to tell.

The staff at Labadie does a great job, from scheduling the appointment, completing my oil change, tire rotations, and estimating a fix for a door ding. To top it off, they washed my vehicle (and it needed it). The waiting area is very pleasant with TV, laptop chairs, electrical outlets, and popcorn! Labadie staff frequently pass through, always with a smile and a nice comment. I highly recommend the Labadie Service Department.

This car has more leg room than I have had before. The ride is very smooth and has plenty of pick up and go. Very classy vehicle, good mpg as well. Turbo is a plus.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!

What a wonderful experience I had with the B-team at LaFountaine Birch Run. Brendan was friendly, worked hard until I was happy, and was super fair. We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

My vehicle is a nice size suv. Not too small -- not too big. The interior is spacious. It is a lot easier to get in and out of.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Love the size and look of this convertible. Back seat is large enough to easily get into and out of. Only drawback is a very small trunk. It’s not my only car so I can live with a small trunk. Love this convertible.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

This car has everything I need. I have two growing granddaughters. We can fill this car up and still have room for their car seats.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This car met all my needs. AWD, Comfort. easy to get jn and out of, etc. Choose white and very elegant looking. Gas mileage is good for size of car.

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

This SUV runs great, has pick up power, is comfortable , great gas mileage, looks cas! Everything like brand new! I love 💕 this SUV! Selling because I am just too old to drive anymore.😞 (I’m 93 yrs old) This car need an owner to drive her, has just over 2,000 original miles and manufacturer warranties go with the car!!
