Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.

I was given 2003 Buick LeSabre limited. It FAR exceeded my expectations! My wife and I were looking for new (2019-2022) Nissan Altima until LeSabre showed up. We felt like we are right at home, cozy and completely rested even on long trips. I am an Evangelist and found this car very very useful for my vocation, a car that we can fully depend on! Cody, my salesman, was professional, helpful, honest, and a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure at any point during the process. JP, the sales manager, was also easygoing and pleasant to work with. They were both very accommodating in negotiating a fair price—They even allowed me to inspect the underside of the vehicle, which I really appreciated.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

I recently had an issue with my radio. Crew B. From the service department was such an awesome rep to work with. He got the part ordered, while waiting on it to come in he also put me a loaner car to take on vacation. 10 out 10.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord 60k miles from Julians, this car exceeded my expectations, put a quick 300 miles on it wow what a car V6 278 HP drives @ looks like new. This car is smaller than what I usually own but it is comfortable to me and sporty. It is fun to drive. A week after buying my Verano I drove to SC and back and it was a very comfortable drive and enjoyed the OnStar and Sirius Radio.

My experience with GMC is extraordinary. My general perspective of my experience and what I have seen while in their facilities is that I only have good words to recommend them. The entire team is excellent and provides the best service to each vehicle to protect the safety of their customers.

The Regal is sporty yet economical and fun to drive! My son can't wait to turn 16 and be able to drive on his own!

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

I bought this car in the 2103 version. It burns or leaks a little oil, but it runs great, has good pickup, a smooth ride, and is fun to drive.

Lucky for me that no one wants a sedan nowadays. I like sedans and I got an awesome deal on an auto that meets all my needs: comfort, quiet, roomy, efficient, classy. The eAssist 4 cylinder has plenty of power and I averaged 38 mpg on the highway. Buick quality is top-tier.

I bought (11/30/2022) the car used from a reputable dealer and within a month I had to replace the transmission. The transmission cooler lines were broken, and it was only half full of coolant. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. Otherwise, I'd be looking at a repair bill of $5000. One last note, I find it strange that I had brought the car for service several times and no one noticed it or felt it? The car would not go over 4K RPM. They also told me I could only drive the car around the dealership parking lot. Never trust a car salesman's word rings true! Back to the car, very smooth ride, lots of power with a smooth auto trans. ventilated cooled and heated seats, heated steering wheel, crash protection automation with automatic braking, large panoramic sunroofs, BOSE......................

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

oe couldn't have been better. Bought a Tahoe from him two years ago and came back to him because he never tried to oversell us. You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!
