I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
This was our 2nd car from Capital and Alicia Normand our sales person. I don???t have the words to express our satisfaction that we had with both sales. They worked to get us the deal WE wanted. Been buying cars a long time at different places but this place is it for us we will be back, thank you!

Great reliable vehicle have no problem with it and cheap to fix runs better than my Nissan murano i had it was a 2012 i would buy another.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox for my Buick, what a difference, the power and handling of this car is awesome, i have not had this much fun since i was 16 driving my 1981 Mazda RX-7, you get a lot for the money, with discounts i paid $26000. Not sure of the newer models of the Regal but i love my 2016
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Robbie and Mark were the best car dealers I've ever dealt with. It was a true pleasure. I saw their car online, they sent me extensive pictures, we negotiated the deal, then they even picked me up at the airport. Robbie went through every option on the car with me. The paperwork was simple. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Very professional and no slimy feeling like others dealers have left me with.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
My car was completely totaled! Jeremy let me test drive many cars and even gave me a ride home when I wasn't able to make up my mind. Then Max took over the next day and worked tirelessly to get me approved! I left with 2016 Chevy Cruz with Low Mileage and I absolutely love it! These guys care more about YOU, then just selling a car. I definitely recommend you see these guys for your next car!

This car has cost me more in repairs than any other car I have every owned. And at only 58000 miles broken motor mounts ac broken ac motor fan broken brakes.
I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two.
Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah!
Great overall experience.

I really like this car. Three areas most important to me were comfort, reliability, and looks. This car excels in all these areas. I would recommend it.
This dealership was very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely send others to this dealership. We were treated with respect and like we were friends for years.

The car is very solidly built. As with all cars, this one had some quirks but never anythu g major. I never had any breakdowns and maintenance is very inexpensive. I would definitely reccomend this car to someone.
