I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. Bought my first car there 23 years ago. the honesty from the owner Shaun and He's positive and reassuring way to get me approved when nobody else could was a life saver, all I had at that time was a beat up car that could barely take me to and from work, Shaun with a reassuring smile took it as a down payment and as of that day, I remember how much that help meant for My wife and I, we were young and had just married and started a family with My eldest at that time in the car seat. The car Shaun sold me that evening never had any problems paid it off and still was running like new, They really know how to pick their cars, I HAVE NOW BOUGHT MY 8TH CAR WITH THEM INCLUDING ONE FOR FOR SON WHOM AT THAT FIRST TIME WAS IN A CAR SEAT. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.
