We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky. We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

I have to say that Ryan and the staff at Napleton sure know what they are doing. They were quick to answer any questions I had and took away the fear of buying a car! I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. I am a repeat customer of the service department having my truck serviced a few times through the years. I spoke to Rich in the service dept on the phone about an airbag light, he had an idea right a way of what the issue was, so we brought it in at 5:00 pm and they had it repaired and back to me the next day by 4:00. Great service and staff.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

This car has been wonderful. I bought it new after researching many cars. It has lived up to the hype. It rides wonderfully, the turbo kicking in is smooth and quick. It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. I love the all wheel drive, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and very comfortable power everything including leather power seats with memory and navigation and hands free calling. Yoohoo!

I had never thought about the Buick Ultra, but when I could not find what I was looking for on the lot. The salesmen said we have one other car that is not ready for display. I asked what is it and he said it was a 2000 Buick Park Avenue Ultra. I asked what did that look like. He let me know it was black(I got very interested). So he took me into the building and showed me the Buick and it was beautifully designed. I came back later that day when it was ready to be put on the lot. I drove it and I was bitten, I bought that car with 137,000 miles, it now has 315,000+. Still delivers great gas mileage 36 hwy, but the city miles are not that high. It has so many great features, sunroof, full power front seats, heads up display is so good, memory for 2 keys that set seat position, radio, Disc player, tape player, mirrors, automatic door locks and so much more. The ride is superior, like floating on a cloud. The cabin is very quite, I have driven to Vancouver British Columbia on one trip, Sardis to Niagara Falls by way of Arkansas. See one, check it out if everything is good it is a good chance that everything will be good for a longtime. Enjoy!

All these years of me looking right through most any generations of Buick Century’s until I inherited this 2003 Century Custom. I was dumbfounded at the reliability, and believe it or not, the subtle styling & major comfort & ride. Aside from owner neglect, the car started right up after having sat for months and idle for weeks in literal sub-zero temps as if it were in a heated garage all this time. I expected a rough & rattling ride on my first drive home with it, but I was amazed at the quietness & the gliding of the suspension. These Century’s are certainly an under-appreciated vehicle.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

It has now been one year since we purchased a Sonata for our daughter at Geneva Auto. The guys were honest and up front with us regarding their business model and dealings with rebuilt vehicles. There is zero pressure to buy. They just gave us keys to the cars we wanted to look at and didn’t bother us until we said we wanted to purchase. I will admit, we were skeptical to buy a car with a rebuilt title. But, the car is champ!!! Nothing but oil changes and brakes! Just be aware, if you are are going to have the car titled in Illinois, there is a bit of a hassle that you have to go through. The car has to be inspected by two different places before it can be registered after you get the temporary plates. The extra hoops are not enough to deter us from buying another rebuild. Now, our son needs a car and we are back shopping at Geneva Auto.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

Regal Turbo Premium 1 model! Smooth and beautiful! I drive this with confidence that my two children are safe in this vehicle. it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I bought this car in the 2103 version. It burns or leaks a little oil, but it runs great, has good pickup, a smooth ride, and is fun to drive.
