We purchased a Buick LaCrosse and knew we were getting a wonderful automobile, but we were so pleased to meet really great folks who treated us as if we were their only customers. 5 Stars to this dealer, Senior Service Advisor, Scott Feinglass and Master Technician, Neal Williams! I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Thank you all at VROOM........

Owning this car is a blast while on the road. I have the 2016 3.6 engine with magnetic ride control and it is just a wonderful car to dive especially on curvy roads. It does everything i could need from a car.
The negative side with mine was the issues i keep having. I didn’t have any issues with the cue system that many complain about, accept a couple of freezing scenarios and had to do a hard reset twice. After 30 000 kilometers the car needed an entire new torque converter and apparently this issue is a more common problem with this model. The car would hesitate and jerk when driving arround 80kmh at arround 1500-2000rpm. At 40 000 kilometers the oil pump had to be replaced. Now at 47 000 kilemeters the entire differential has to be replaced after i started having a whining noise from the back.
I still love driving it as it is soo much fun and the interior is such a great place to be in but I deffinetly don’t intend to keep it after the service and waranty run out. I’m not sure if mine is a lemon as i had more issues than most people reporting online but i thought it would be worth sharing.
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

This car was small in size, had all the accessories I wanted. Had only 9000 miles on it. The salesman and service people are great at Orr Chevrolet. I will always go back there to buy a car and for service. They are the best in Texarkana.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

This car was the ####... it was way too fun to drive and I had a hard time staying outta the gas pedal it was one with the road and handled like a dream! Most would say not an everyday ride I would say drive it every day everywhere !!! Loved it !
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Is great looking, has great power and handling. One of the few left to offer a manual - a must for a REAL driver. Caddy comfort with better than BMW perforamnce.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I love all the extra features in this vehicle. The HD radio and Bose sound system are phenomenal. The temperature control works wonderfully. It is a beautiful car inside and out.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!

This car is fun to drive. It is very responsive and powerful for a four cylinder, probably because it is turbo charged. The front seat are very comfortable for a small car however, the back seats are a little cramped. Since it is just my wife and myself most of time it is not a problem and when the grandchildren are is the back they have no complaints.
Spoke with a very nice sales lady and she was very informative on all the different Cadillacs.
As I was walking around outside, several employees asked if they could assist me..
I thought that was very friendly of them .
Overall a very pleasant experience.

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Talked about my trade-in and the vehicle I was looking for. Prices were right on target and fair to where they were during my research on line. They were very friendly and courteous through my the time there. Went over my new vehicle in great detail and answered all of my questions. Love my new GMC ride!!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a 2017 Titan from Benson. the truck was as advertised and in great condition. The people are friendly and very helpful. The only problem was with Allen Hunt ; a salesman their. He has not delivered on promises he made. and is hard to reach after the sale to find out why the delay on keeping his word. To date I still have not gotten what I WAS PROMISED. I am going back up there to talk to the service mgr. Monday.I am pleased with everyone except Allen Hunt. If you buy a vehicle there don't buy from him!!!! I would recommend Benson Kia but only with a warning. avoid Allen Hunt.
