On 4/24/25, I came to AutoNation for the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Malibu which I purchased on 11/22/24. I had made the appointment for that morning, but it showed up on AutoNation's system as 5/15/25. The Service Advisor, Tyjuray Hollie, said that he would work me in that morning. Less than an hour later, the service was completed. Tyjuray exhibited excellent customer service which I really appreciated. The customer service provided by Tyjuray should make AutoNation of Waco proud as it reflects a great image for the dealership.

I have always driven SUVs, this was a great change for me! It’s sporty and provides all of the comfort of a luxury car! I’ll definitely buy another one!

He was super fast, got to the point, gave me accurate time frame for completion and communicated with updates while I was waiting. I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

I arrived this morning at the dealership and was greeted by Dan Penny. He was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most important, genuine. I really appreciated how there was never any pressure or aggressive sales tactics, just a constant respectful exchange that made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I'm a Cadillac fan, but this car leaves me a little 'wanting'. There is a weird bumping/knocking noise that comes from the sky roof when I go over 40 mph and the on/off feature when driving drives me a little batty ( but it is easy enough to turn off). My wife has a Lexus that is a 2017 and it rides and handles smoother than my vehicle. It is a beautiful car inside and out and I'll probably buy another Cadillac.

I'm not one to leave online reviews, however my recent visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were totaled inside of one month. We were certainly not expecting to purchase a new/used vehicle anytime soon. We had 6 days to return the rental vehicle after the insurance company totaled the second car. We met salesperson Daniel Gamero at RCH Mitsubishi and asked to see a car we saw online. We didn't have to wait long to see the car and was quickly on a test drive. The car was exactly what we needed at a great price. The online price is the price you pay, no need for price haggling or upselling. The last car we purchased took 5-6 hours to get through everything and was just a tiring experience. Previous experiences had us the last people at 9pm closing down the dealership. At RC Hill, we were finished within 3-3.5 hours. There was no pressure to buy more car than we needed or add additional services. We signed the purchase agreement, then met with the Finance Manager to discuss a few options and sign the financing paperwork. While I waited for the car to be washed and topped off with a full tank of gas, the stress I had been carrying around knowing I have to replace two cars was receding. The car is fantastic, and I felt like Daniel and the rest of his team treated me very fair in this transaction. For the second car replacement, RC Hill Mitsubishi will be our first stop. THANK YOU!

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

I loved my ATS Coupe and for the most part it was a great car. Mine was the triple black with the Carbon Black option package. which added among other things Ricaro Sport Buckets. If I had to do it over again, I would not get these seats. I am a bit of a larger American around the mid section and after about 20 minutes, these seats actually hurt. The side bolsters are just too narrow for anyone that has any kind of extra girth. I did have a lot of fun with this car but unlike other cars I have owned, I wasn't really sad to see this go.

Purchased this auto 3 weeks ago using cars.com. The vehicle is very well made. GM has really upped their game on Cadillac interiors. This one has the optional upgraded leather interior and is beautiful. The CUE system is easy to use. Acceleration is smooth, quick, and effortless. Handling is excellent. Ride is firm and still comfortable. If you are looking for a car in the 3 series or C class, you owe it to yourself to at least check out this car.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years. This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

Currently have 13,000 miles. Taking to the deal this week because of typical transmission "shutter". Hope a fluid change will repair but time will tell. A bit cramped for a guy my age. Not easy to enter and exit. Very peppy and fun to drive. Excellent gas mileage.

I like my car. I turn it on and it goes! Lots of pep (it's only 4 cylinders) and gets me wherever I need to go.

Had to bring it back a 2nd time to get the same thing fixed. The DEF system on the trucks should be changed to something that works.

A perspective from a car guy who has owned many sports cars: the ATS is a really solid sports sedan, but sales indicated not many folks wanted this great sports sedan. Why? It’s goodness has a few flies in the ointment: here are some quirks to this good car that frustrate and bother. Handling is great, but I question the run-flat tire design decision. Run-flats are harsh and noisy, but the suspension is tuned to compensate (except for the noise). There are no jack points or jack, so we are kinda stuck with the expense and noise. The 2.0 liter dual-scroll turbo is really fun. The light-weight body allows the engine to move the car quickly and nimbly. The engine does have draw-backs. Blow-by can carbon up the valves, and since the engine is direct injection, the valves are not cleaned by the atomized intake gas. Carefully scheduled oil changes are crucial for engine longevity. And then there is the CUE system. The knob-less infotainment system is better than you would expect (one gets used to it in surprising ways), but the touch-screen overlay dies. It has a gel layer between two screens that dries out and renders the touch screen useless. The part to repair it is cheap, but the center console must be completely disassembled to get to the screen. Very very poor engineering because cars sit in the sun and the the gel will delaminate. (Replacement screens without the gel layer are available.) Folks are frustrated: you didn’t hear it from me, but there is a class action suit regarding this screen and Cadillac’s blindness to addressing it’s flaws. I’m 6-0 and hit my head on the door edge every time I get in and out. You’d expect that of a goofy Italian car, but not of a Cadillac. Big deal? No, just reality. So, with no spare it has a huge trunk, right? Nope. The entire space under the trunk floor from axle to bumper is filled with a huge…..muffler. This is just plain bizarre. Biggest muffler/resonator I’ve ever seen. Exhaust note is underwhelming. With these little niggling bothers, the car remains one of my favorite sports sedans. It hustles but with composure and control. It is comfy on long drives, but instantly awakens for a mountain drive or twisty. The sales record indicates my frustrations are common. But drive it. I think you will fall in love with her and her “beauty-marks.”

Although I love this car, I recently experienced a problem with the transmission cable that I learned was recalled in 2014-15. I am the second owner of the car and am sure the recall notice was sent to the previous owner and they did nothing about it. Very disappointed that I'm going to have to pay for a repair that was recalled, even though it's been a while the recall should be honored.
