My salesman was Michael Meis at John Elway Cadillac, they treated me well. I purchased a used Tesla, they were the ONLY dealer that knew how to apply the IRS rebate up front. No hidden fees or scammy stuff. Michael Meis was great in sales as was Jonathan (manager) and the rest of the team, wonderful dealership experience which is rare these days.

Checking the car took to long when I brought it in I was told that checking the vehicle would take one half hour it ended up taking one hour and a half. When I as given the form on the vehicle items that needed to be fixed I could not understand the writing on the individual items. I would appreciate a typed recommendation on each item do I can know exactly what I will be repairing. Thank you

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

Our vehicle was scheduled for an oil change Saturday morning, the appointment was on time as promised. The staff was very professional and friendly. Brian was excellent with servicing our vehicle. I usually go to Auto Nation in West Palm ,but the service here by Casey and staff has made me switch to Wallace Cadillac . The service process was short , and simple. I will be getting my cadillac serviced here from now on.

I previously just purchased a new 2025 Escalade at Central Cadillac and I’d like to share my experience. First off I absolutely love my new vehicle. It’s simply amazing! With that said my sales personnel (Mason Fink) was amazing throughout the entire process. He made it so easy for me I didn’t even feel like I purchased a new vehicle, in a good way of course. His communication was awesome, his attention to detail was incredible and it was one of the easiest and best vehicle purchases I’ve ever made! I can’t thank him enough. The dealership is also amazing. I love me a good Carmel Latte and theirs is to die for! Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. Meet the finance manager and she awesome as well, just pretty cool experience. Would buy again from the dealership!!!

Customer service was exemplary and took care of all my needs including providing a loaner vehicle. Samantha McKendall was superb. Other staff assisted with myriad items such as chargers needed for my electronic devices while I waited.
