I was in the market for a quality reliable car for my grandson. I had set a budget for this purchase. I came across a Honda Accord at Johnson Lexus that met all of my criteria. From the moment my husband and I stepped on the lot we were greeted by Kareem Wilkin who was sensational to work with. He was very focused on our customer satisfaction and exceeded any expectations I had for buying a used Honda Accord from a Lexus dealer. Even the time spent with the finance manager was a great experience. The honesty from both of these gentlemen was second to none I would definitely recommend Kareem Wilkin to anyone and for sure I would work with him again if I decide a Lexus is in my future. My previous vehicle was totaled, I saw the car on their used lot. Low miles and clean CarFax. Price was fair. I gave my insurance settlement and financed a bit. From the time I committed to picking it up, they did a major service including tires and brakes with rotors. All up, most was done via text message as I was traveling and out of the area. On pickup day, 45 minutes is all it took to be on the road.

They were great, called me right away, very curteous and no sales pressure. It was the car I've been looking for but its 2500 miles away so i passed.

I contacted Luther Cadillac thru Cars.com. A representative contacted me within a few mins but I changed my mind about the car and didn't have any more contact with this dealer.

Friendly, hard working staff. Kline was professional and personable. Kline is the MAN! John was also very friendly and flexed with his ability to get me financing. Niko was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a seamless and painless deal. We never felt pressured but we did feel welcomed. Everyone was very friendly. We would gladly make the drive up from Brighton, CO again.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Joe is great as well as all the people I interacted with at the dealership. They all were very friendly and professional. I appreciate Joe getting me the best deal possible with this being a second car loan.

Overall great experience. The guys take care of me like they always do in making it an easy and seamless experience. I recommend anyone and everyone buy a car from them.

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Had an initial bad experience with this service center but once the service manager (George) contacted me and ask for a chance to earn my business back I agreed to give it another shot. George was very attentive e to what I needed and gave me updates as the work was completed. I must say I am very impressed with the work and will from now on use this service center for any future service issues. Very satisfied.
